Inside the Gardener
Sunnie is a freelance artist with experience in several forms of visual and performing arts including digital, design, fine art, and music. Her mother, being an artist herself, inspired Sunnie as a child. She ended up falling in love with the world of art. Craving knowledge, she begged her mother to put her into countless art classes to hone in on her talent. Her never-ending curiosity caused her to absorb as much as she could which then lead her to the attendance of a prestigious, private art school in Brooklyn, Pratt Institute. Since school, she has developed a body of work that shows the expression of what she feels and sees. Sunnie delves into the emotion of her creations causing visceral reactions in the viewer. She often challenges the viewer to open their understanding of what they see or feel. Sunnie's creations exude the love she has for the spiritual mystery of art.
